If in the event that your garment of choice does not perform to your expectations, the item will need to be returned to us for an evaluation.  Pending this, the item will either be repaired, replaced or a Credit Note issued for future use.  Please provide your original details of purchase to assist in this process.

For Faulty Claims or Manufacturing errors; 

Please email us immediately with a description of your concern, images if possible, we will assess  the options and give you a Return Authorisation Number.

Place ( Laundered Garment) in an AUSTRALIA POST SATCHEL with TRACKING NUMBER and clearly mark your details including MOBILE PHONE on the package. The garment will be assessed on receipt of goods. We do not take responsibility for items not received so please keep the Tracking Details.
